This service allows you to pay your support payments using a credit card, debit card, Venmo, and PayPal and is a service of Value Payment Systems. All payments are debited immeditatly. A fee of 2.95% ($4.95 minimum) of the payment amount is charged by Value Payment Systems for using this service.
