This service allows you to pay your State of Indiana Child Support Payments and your Annual Support Fee "ASFE" electronically and is a service of Value Payment Systems. All payments are processed immediately and the amount of your transaction including the Child Support Payment or Annual Support Fee "ASFE" and a convenience fee of 2.25% for credit and 1.50% for debit card is charged by Value Payment Systems for using this service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. Value Payment Systems uses a verification system known as Address Verification System (AVS). This system is used to ensure that an address entered when making a payment matches the billing address on file with your credit/debit card issuer. This additional verification is being added to the website as a means of fraud prevention for you.
All debit/credit card payments will require a physical street address for the billing address (no PO Boxes).
